MiniMoo AI is an artificial intelligence-powered mobile application that allows users to:

• Generate AI-created images based on text prompts and creative categories
• Upload reference images to create personalized outputs
• Upload reference images and reference videos for AI video creation
• Create stylized content in categories such as Caricature and Huntrix
• Save, download, and share generated images and videos

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When using MiniMoo AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Upload only media that you own or are authorized to use
• Obtain consent where required from any recognizable person shown in uploaded media

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload, generate, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonates, misleads, harasses, or defames another person

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the images and videos you upload. However, you grant us a license to process uploaded media for AI generation purposes.

Generated Content: AI-generated images and videos are created using our technology. You may use this content for personal purposes, but commercial use may require additional licensing or separate permission.

Our Content: The MiniMoo AI app, including its design, code, and templates, is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Immediate availability of all features
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of MiniMoo AI may require payment:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

9. Reference Media and Generated Videos

If you use reference image or reference video features, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload that media and generate new output from it. You must not use MiniMoo AI to create deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful synthetic media.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMoo AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use of generated images or videos
• Third-party actions or content
